The average size of a mortgage loan in Bulgaria increased to 51 692 BGN, compared to 44 750 BGN in June 2007 despite higher interest rates.

Varna and Bourgas airports will have new passengers terminals wchich will cost 65 million euro. The new terminals are scheduled to open by the start of the 2011 summer.
